9/13...on draft. Pours light bright gold, wisp of foam layer. Wheaty citrus nose, bright and floral. Clean crisp flavor. Backing lemon. Grains and straw. Great sampler starter.

A: Golden straw color with a thin head of pure white. Mild lacing.
S: Slightly sweet and slightly earthy. Pronounced malt presence of hay and heated sugar.
T: Just a touch sweet with a good amount of caramel. Mild fruitiness, peach maybe. Just a bit grassy at the end.
M: Smooth and lighter bodied.
D: Good, a beer that doesn't overwhelm in any regard but still has some nice flavor to it. Definitely will give it another go around in warmer wather where it's best suited.

a fine wheat. straw colored with a wonderful aroma just how it should be. i am not huge on wheats, but this was excellent. yeast was also less present. if you can' t quite get along with the usual wheat loaded with yeast, this is what you need.
I don't know if they changed this beer, but it is now virtually tasteless. You could possibly find more flavor in any of your macros. The flavor that is there is ok.
