Poured from 750ml bottle to tulip glass:
Pours a bright pinkish red with a soft pink, sticky head that fades to a thin cap. Nice lacing and hazy beading.
Very pungent on the nose. So much fruit it's ridiculous. Rich cherry, floral bits, white sugar, some honey... massive aromas.
Sweet. Tart. Sour. All cherries. I could never finish a whole bottle. Way too much flavor. Definitely an experience. Like no other beer that I can think of.
Drinkability is relatively low but it's part of the experience. It's a sweet, aggressive sipper.
I can see why people go nuts over this stuff but it's a bit much for me.
