Color: pours very pale yellow. sits clear yellow-gold, with some suspended sediment, with a two-finger, bone white head
Smell: very clean pale malt character with a hint of adjunct. hops are very light and earthy
Taste: very tasty, super clean, slightly sweet and grainy pale malt flavor. again, hint of corn adjunct is present. little bit of fruitiiness. hops are very light contributing only a hint of earthiness. finish is grainy sweet and light
Mouthfeel: light bodied with medium carbonation
Notes: fantastic light-bodied brew that actually has great flavor. just enough adjunct to make it fun, otherwise a pure expression of sweet, pale malts. perfect for a hot day and close enough to sessionable for any activity. wish we got this in Michigan. we need a beer like this

(on tap at Über Tap Room and Cheese Bar - served in a pilsner glass)
A: poured to the very top, so without much foam... the color is a light khaki, liquid a good bit hazy, with what appears to be a some sediment floating about
S: bit of a nutty, toasted oat bouquet... no fruitiness, no hops of note... clean, woodsy note from the yeast
T: oat cookie... not oatmeal cookie, with the raisins and spices and all - just a simple, lightly toasty, slightly doughy malt flavor - kinda like chewing on a basic, cereal-like American 2-row - or maybe even low-sweetened Life cereal... it's good! the flavors are very mellow and clean... I can't be certain, but I might've got some of the corn in the finish - a mild sort of cornmeal... any hop flavor, if present, is merely in the background, providing a spec of balance
M: very light and clean, kind of like an adjunct lager with a mild grainy grittiness... a body bordering on watery... mellow carbonation, no sizzle
O: BA calls this a "cream ale", NG calls this a "Naturally Cloudy Farmhouse Ale" - I can see both points of view - the closest thing I could compare this to would be a zwickelbier, but without the lemony and grassy flavors and rounder, fuller body I often get with those... drink this like your ordinary, everyman lager - I like it for what it is, it stands out

A - slightly cloudy and gold in color. 1 1/2 finger head. head is thick and dissipates slowly.
S - some sweetness to the aroma. ever so slight hint of hops. main note is of oats.
T - tasting of bread (not toasted bread, just regular white bread). slightly sweet malty flavor. slightly floral. hint of corn as well.
M - moderately viscous but with a clean finish. really no lingering aftertaste.
O - easy to drink with a great feel in the mouth. would definitely buy again.
