Pours a dense, whipped, white head that has some decent lacing. A grassy hop aroma. Straw colored with a slight chill haze. Starts slightly tart and with floral hops. Moves into a medium-low hoppiness, and then this HUGE, rich maltiness comes out into the finish, which is slightly bitter (lingering hops) and has a few notes of flowers.
This is very, very excellent. It has this thick, luscious, creamy mouthfeel like velvet. It's like a slightly fruity/floral Wisconsin lager. Just great. I have zero complaints about this one.
This is the PERFECT brew to convert people from Miller/coors/bud/inbev into REAL craft bier.
