Poured into a pint glass. The color is medium orange with nice melon hues. There is a small off-white head. Not super clear but no haze.
The aroma is straight up apple juice. I don't pick up much of anything else at first, but after drinking for a bit I get some bready yeast in the aroma as well.
The taste is somewhat cidery, but I think it tastes more like regular apple juice. There is some breadiness in the start; the finish is all juice.
This is pretty unique and fun to try. It's not entirely my cup of tea, but I can see this being a popular choice for many people.
