A dark muddy brown color body with a huge fluffy off-white head, lots of carbonation, nice amount of lacing. Aroma is awesome chocolate malt, clove, bubblegum, and bananna. Flavor is dark, earthy, malty and spicy, plenty of chocolaty, caramel malt, some faint coffee type notes, clove, biscuts, and cinnamon. Full body with a creamy mouthfeel, quite sessionable. A very well crafted Wheat beer, and the Dunkel I will judge all others by. Well worth my time and $ to trade for, a fun try and a tasty brew.
