12oz Bottle poured into a pint glass.
A - Pours a nice golden yellow hue. The head is a nice fizzy white head with no retention but a small amount of lace. Yeast sediment is also seen floating around in the glass.
S - Smells very earthy and floral. You notice floral notes from the noble hops. Followed by lemon grass, citrus, and a nice bready malt presence. Finally you will notice some yeast character as there is some yeast floating around in the glass.
T - This beer hits you with a nice smooth floral introduction then follows with the earthier flavors. Lemon grass comes in and you notice the citrus you smelled earlier. Bready malt gives this a biscuity like taste and mouthfeel. The hops kick in a bit adding to the crispiness of the beer.
M - Crsip and light bodied but has a malty smooth mouthfeel followed by a crisp floral hoppy finish. The carbonation level is just right and does not overwhelm your taste buds.
D - A quality drinkable session beer that is to be enjoyed on a nice summer day. Really this is one of those beers you always want to have around. Its not overly complex and not a world classic. But is damn good and very drinkable.

Full notes on phone when out of service area/Wifi. Reviewed at Johnson's Campground in St Mary, MT. Big review dump from last week camping.
A- Clear pale golden pour from a 12oz bottle to a goblet with a one finger white head that has fairly good retention. Texture is frothy and fizzy and a small ring deposits seldom spots of lace.
S- Light fruit esters like apple and some citrus too. Noble hops in the backdrop as well as light cracked grains and bread. A bit of a strain to get much.
T- Light fruits and lager yeast are the main theme of this one with apple, pear, citrus and bread coming in as well as some spice. Spicy herbal noble hops in the finish with a light sweetness
MF- Creamy and puffy texture that adds some substance to a light overall body. Fairly foamy with agitation. Carbonation on the high side.
Easy drinking lager that remains flavorful and clean, without the twang of a macro. Light fruits balanced by some noble hop hints.
