A: Not quite black. When held to light, dark maroon shades on the edges. Nice off-white head, 1 finger width, reduces to a thin film quickly.
S: One word: Cherries. Completely in your face. Almost smells artificial. Pick up some other dark fruit as well, but nothing to indicate this is a stout.
T: Beer is sweet, but also tangy flavor with the immense cherry flavor. Sort of a black cherry candy flavor. Really dont care for this too much. The cherry is over the top.
M: Taste was below average for me, but the mouthfeel is even worse. Super thin. This is supposed to be a stout? Light carbonation and no body make this almost watery.
D: Its drinkable, but I didnt care for it. I'm not sure I would even recommend it to someone who enjoys fruit flavored stouts, because this isnt a stout at all.
