A - Pours a dark brown with ruby red when held up to the light. Plenty of fluffy white head with a great lacing and good retention. The clarity when the beer is first being poured is excellent.
S - The aroma is all cherry, closer to maraschino cherries, sticking my nose into this beer reminds me of smelling a bottle of maraschino cherries.
T - The taste is a very interesting and complex blend of cherry and malty sweetness with some tart notes. This seems like a blend of New Glarus Belgian Red and a light stout or strong porter.
M/D - Mouthfeel is crisp and far lighter than the name would suggest. This is an incredibly drinkable beer perfect for a fall evening.
