Pours bright, clear yellow with tiny-bubbled carbonation forming a lasting, creamy, white head. Lacing sticks down the glass.

The smell is of lemon, hay, and floral hops.

The taste of lemon and grass/hay. The soft but flavorful hops blend with the smooth, grainy malt. Sweet backbone complemented by a dry kiss in the finish. Very crisp and refreshing. Carbonation level fits it wonderfully.

A very well-done, true-to-style German-style pils. Very enjoyable and easy-to-drink!

Quickly frothed up and then dissipated mostly to leave a layer of foam and some nice lacing. Very little rising carbonation, only come to life after a sip. Deep yellow, quite clear.

Smell is fresh, floral, hoppy, slight grain, bit of lemon rind hanging in, some sweet malt as it warmed.

Hops are noticeable, bitter, slightly green tasting. Finish is where malt shows up and pulls it together, so this beer has character without going in one single direction. Hops are bitter, bright, floral, slightly metallic.

This beer is so smooth, easy to sip that it goes down fast without being boring. Carbonation is there, as the beer is drank carbonation opens up on the palate and its foaminess complements the medium-light body. Aftertaste left some dryness.

Great drinkability. Medium-light body, tasty, enough hop character to make it interesting, smoother on the finish. Need to find this on tap somewhere.

Served from a 12 ounce bottle into a pint glass.

Pours gold, fizzy, bubbles, thick white head. Active. Translucent. Retention and lacing. Big pilsy smell. Quite german, and minerals too. Crisp taste, light lemon. Balanced hop. Refreshing. Great pils, nails the style. Bursts with flavor, but simple and drinkable. Spot on.

Pours out a light straw-yellow with excellent clarity and two fingers of foamy white sudsy head for about a minute and a half, light amounts of lacing left behind on the inside of the glass. Light yet smooth-textured body with enough carbonation to stay prickly on the tongue.

There is a temporary aroma of blueberries upon popping the cap off, that settles down into a heavy floral perfume blend and medium levels of cracker malts. The flavor has a somewhat reduced amount of floral hopping from the nose, but still has that zesty yet dry cracker malt kick to it. The occasional dollop of light apple sweetness keeps things from being dull and bland very well. The finish is full of dry herbal and grassy hay tones.

This is a very well made German Pils. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Pours bright golden almost yellow in color with a one finger white head that has decent retention.

Smell has some slight lemon grass and herbal hop aroma forward with light hints of light grainy very crisp bright yeasty aroma in the end.

Lots of fresh hop flavors are forward with a nice balance of light herbal and lemon rind. Yeast follows with a really clean crisp flavor. Malt comes in at the end with some bready lightly grainy flavors. Incredibly balanced.

Mouthfeel is crisp refreshing and light. A fair amount of hop oils and resin balance the body.
