Pours a nice clear gold, finger and a half of nice loose head

Smell is a nice pop of grain, bread, biscut, lemon, nice noble hop presence here

Taste is crisp, lemon, biscuit, grainy malt, nice lager clean yeast, a bit of mint, bread

Mouthfeel is light and crisp, really nice finishes clean

WOW I love this beer I have always looked forward to the release of this this is the 2nd or 3rd release I have had and man this always lets me know what a American brewery can do with a Pilsner!

A. Dark straw to light amber appearance with a nice, two finger white head.

S. Freshly milled grain, biscuit, grass, hint of lemon - textbook.

T. Classic graininess and biscuit flavors initially followed by a building hop presence of flowers and grass. Lingers nicely without turning bitter.

M. Light to medium bodied with no rough edges. Perfectly carbonated.

O. This is a top-notch Pilsener that is so damn drinkable - maybe the best I have had from an American producer. Not a style I go out of my way to purchase but this will be in my fridge until the snow flies.

12 oz. bottle in a pilsner glass.

A - Slightly cloudy golden yellow with a little white head.

S - Very little sweet hoppy smell.

T - A little sweet with good hop flavor. The rest of the flavor is very complex. There's a lot going on but I can't make out the individual flavors.

M - Light bodied with good carbonation.

D - Good beer with a complex flavor that keeps you drinking and wondering what is that taste, in a good way.
