A - Pours a light copper, red with an off white head. No sticking to glass, head leaves quickly
S - Nice bready malt, some fruity hop but mostly malt.
T - Bread and malt with a nice bittering hop in the back. A touch of sweetness blends well with the bittering hops.
M - Nicely carbonated, full bodied red. No lingering flavors.
O - Overall I'm enjoying this red though not in love with it. Reds have never been my beers unless they're overly hoppy. This of course takes a more traditional route.
