12oz bottle, poured into a standard pint glass.
A: straw yellow in color, hazy, huge white head that dissipates slowly due to the effervesent character of the carbonation, no lacing.
S: huge banana aroma over a spicy background. slight orange citrus notes.
T: soft on the malts, moderately spicy. orange citrusy flavor, also has the banana characteristics of a hefewiezen. it has a moderate malt sweetness, but fnishes on the drier side.
MF: medium bodied, medium high carbonation.
Drinkability: i think this is a very well done beer. not sure about how it fits the style, as it has some characteristics of a hefeweizen, but very drinkable and enjoyable.
