12oz bottle into a snifter. The brew is a clear yellow color with persistent white froth from rising bubbles resting atop. Some patchy lace sticks.
The smell includes notes of clove, pear, apple and herbal grassy hops. A sweetness like belgian candy sugar is also present.
The taste is much the same, clove spice blending to grassy hops. Some pear/apple skin fruitiness with some straw aftertaste break things up.
This is a medium bodied brew with a modest amount of carbonation. A decent mix of character that I wasnt crazy about but the hops kinda worked with the yeasty spice since it wasnt too bitter.

Pours a straw yellow with ample head, mild retention. Nose is wonderfully fruity and spicy. Taste follows with more fruit and spice and some bready malt. Mouthfeel is thin but smooth.
Overall a nice beer. Not the best of style but a very drikable beer.
