A: Clear, light orange in color with a white head that dissipates kind of quickly and leaves a bit of lacing. Lively carbonation that keeps the bottle conditioned sediment in suspension.
S: Quite fruity hop aroma. I get tons of sweet pineapple and orange. A little bit of pine. Sweet and bready smelling. The smell is probably the highlight of this brew.
T: Like the aroma, but a tad weaker. Great bright citrus hop flavor. Malt backbone rounds out the flavor and gives the beer some body. Finishes with very mild bitterness that even a beer newbie won't be overwhelmed by.
M: Medium-light with medium carbonation. Quite refreshing.
Easy drinking and balanced with a fabulous bouquet. New Glarus fully achieved what they were going after with this beer. This is neither West coast nor East coast. Uniquely Midwestern and a unlike any other pale ale that you've had before.
