A: Pours a lightly-to-moderately hazy vibrant golden color with a hint of orange and 1 finger of bubbly off-white head that quickly dissipates to a thin ring.
S: Fresh and clean hop character with a hint of citrus, peaches, and stone fruit. Very light but perceptible pine character providing a slight spice. Malt sweetness and just a hint of alcohol.
T/M: Mouthfeel is thin to medium with moderate slightly astringent carbonation. Carbonation doesn't foam the beer up so much as dry the mouth and provide a slightly acidic burn to complement the citrus of the beer. Flavor is clean and unassuming up front into a citrus hop note accompanied by a mild malt sweetness. Finish is juicy citrus alongside the malt sweetness into a coating dryness and very mild bitterness.
O: Very, very drinkable. The mouthfeel on the finish really keeps you sipping on this one. This is much closer to a pilsener than many of the pale ales that I have typically enjoyed the most, but the malt profile is also much less wheaty and prominent than the pale ales I have enjoyed the least. This finds a unique space and nice balance for itself, and is really a nice beer. I'd probably not seek this out specifically in trade, but would absolutely purchase it as an everyday sort of beer if it were readily available.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a can-shaped glass.
A- Light, foamy pale white head forms three fingers thick. Hazy pale golden body with occasional spurts of carbonation.
S- Melon and citrus are big and bold. Hop resin hits the nose with a second whiff. It's a heavily fruity profile with hints of sweetness.
T- The citrus take its time to arrive and hit the palate, but then it builds into a strong orange peel flavor. Melon flavors waft in and out as well. The finish is resinous and offers a dose of pine.
M- It's impressive how refreshing and light drinking this is. The slight downside is that it initially feels a bit watered down until the hops hit with some flavor and an aggressive bitterness. It's still got enough sweetness to suggest there's some malt in there and this plays well of the melon flavors. It's an interesting blend of flavors and feels.
This could easily be my summer go-to. It's not filling, it's refreshing and it is full of interesting and tasty flavors. It's a gem.
