Appearance- huge, HUGE puffy off-white head with a big carbonation party, golden color
Smell- pungent citrus notes of tangerine and mandarin from cascades or centennials, pale malt sweetness underneath
Taste- nice light malt character on the front, gives way to a robust middle with a hit of grain, leaves with a dash of hop bitterness
Mouthfeel- light body with a carbonation tingle on the tongue, it finishes fast with a dry exit
Overall- definitely enjoyed this beer and could have had another 3. A true pale by definition but I wouldn't have minded a bit more linger on the finish.

This missed the mark for me. Something about it is medicinal. It pours with virtually no head, and retains none. Hardly any nose either. I struggled to get past the medicinal taste but simply couldn't. Not sure if I got a bad bottle or what, but it certainly wasn't pleasurable and ended up being a drainpour.
