A -pours a super crystal clear sunny golden color with orangey amber highlights. 2 fingers of froathy white foam. Lots of tightly packed bubbles. Dissipates to a thick ring around the rim. Leaves some spotty lacing.
S - the aroma is simple and pleasant. Lots of rind-y citrus like grapefruit and bitter orange peel. Some tropical fruit notes as well. Mostly mango, papaya and a hint of pineapple. As it warms notes of resin, and hemp seed oil come through. Green grass. Honey- like malt character.
T - honeyed malt character with note of grainy sweetness on the tip of the tongue. Quickly followed by an explosive citric bitterness. Leafy greens. Tropical fruit notes balance the bitterness. Finish is quick and bitter.
M - slick texture. High carbonation with tight Champagne like bubbles add a brisk crispness. Medium bodied.
O - They really pull no punches with this one. Just big in your face hops. Mouthfeel really makes it too. Super crispness plays off of the bitterness creating more crispness. Like a positive feedback loop. Great stuff.
