Bottle poured into my New Belgium globe.
golden body with a decent sized off white head on top. Nice smelling DIPA, citrus and tropical notes mingle with a nice tropical fruit sweetness in the end, a hint of dank grassy notes in the finish. Now onto the taste... more balanced than expected, a nice hoppy flavor up front backed by a formidable pale malt backbone, finishes with a hint of grassy hop flavor but not that bitter. Honestly I was hoping for more hop flavor like what came across in the aroma. medium bodied with a fair amoun of carbonation and a slight stickiness.
Overall a good DIPA but I would have loved to have had the flavor that matched the aroma. I would drink this again and buy more if it was available to me locally but wouldn't go too nuts trying to obtain more
