thanks to jeff from fuzzybrew for this bottle.
A: clear copper/orange with a finger of white head that is quick to subside. no lacing
S: honey, caramel malts, nutty, and a hint of alcohol. little to no hop presence.
T: low to moderate hop bitterness at first that quickly gives way to malty body. sweet, nutty, honey like. slightly grassy aftertaste. more bock-like than brown ale.
M: medium body. carbonation makes this taste smoother than it actually is.
O: a solid brown ale, it might benefit with some more body and color, but overall, this is easy drinking, malty and unoffensive.
