A - Deep copper/amber color. Thin white head that dissipates quickly and doesn't trace well. Still a beautiful color...
S - Nutty, malty and mild. My nose may be fucked up because a beer has to have some serious aromatics for me to be impressed.
T - Sublime. Perfectly nutty with a smooth malt aftertaste with legs. What every nut brown should strive to taste like.
M - So smooth. The weight in the mouth is supremely balanced. Not too light nor to heavy. The goldilocks of mouthfeels, at least for this style.
D - An exceptional "go-to" save for it's inavailability outside WI. I know New Glarus has a reason for it but it prohibits me from having this beer more often.
