From the bottle, it pours a hazy amber with a modest head. A little fruity and malty in the nose. The mouth gets some grass and grain with a modest bit of flavorful bitterness. More of a Kellerbier than keller pils, but enjoyable!

Much more of a traditional Kellerbier than a Keller Pils.
Weiherer never seems to impress me all that much.

Half litre flip top, poured into over sized Tripel Karmeliet tulip.
A: Pale amber, hazy, the head didn’t hang around very long, some lacing, also a
few bubbles.
S: Sugar beat, farmyard and noblehops, quite possibly Saaz?
T: Curious mix of sour dough, rye crisp bread and some fruits that have
been kept a bit too long. Also had notes of sugar beat. Sharpness came in at the finish.
M: The carbonation was non existent, medium body, smooth.
O: The title suggested a mix of two styles, but it was much more Kellerbier than Pils,
the early sips promised a lot but it never quite delivered.
