Brewed for 2012 Craft Beer Week. The beer is a pale, slightly hazy, orange-copper coloring with a slim, white head that quickly settles out into a filmy topper. Aromas of roasty sweet cream and a toasty backbone. Flavors are smooth and rich, with a creamy flavor throughout and some buttery highlights. The body is midbodied and very smooth. There is a roasted, rich aftertaste leading to a slow, smooth finish. Tasty brew, and very easy to drink.

Poured from a 1pint 6oz. bottle into a Blue Hills Brewery pint glass.

The color is a clear yellow/gold with a thin white head with slight lacing left at the top of the glasses edges.

The smell is sweet with a light malty aroma that has a lager-like crispness. Some slight corn aroma is there with bit of a grass in the nose.

The taste is sweet with a nice light malty flavor that has a slight apple skin flavor in the back. There a dry crisp apricot flavor that is present throughout but hangs back and is finished off by a slight twang of bitterness at the end.

The feel of this beer is light and highly drinkable with a smooth crisp body that goes down easy and would make for a good hot weather beer.
