Bottled shared by Kimmy at our annual Sour/Saison tasting on 05-04, reviewed from good notes.
A- Light yellow poured into the Portsmouth tulip by chance. Not much of a head but a small ring of white bubbles around the edges. Spotty lace and the head eventually disappears almost completely.
S- Light almost honey cracker sweet malts up front. Not much going on for me just some lemon and a bit of spice.
T- Improves here to a certain degree. Belgian specialty malts are big in the finish with a citrus/lemon zest feel. Floral with some raisin and even fig hints.
MF- High end carbonation bubbles attack the palate but it foams up taking away any abrasiveness. Foamy overall mouthfeel but light with a spicy bitterness in the finish.
Light like a Belgian Pale with citrus and herbal qualities. Some good malt character in the finish as well.

Bottle picked up a couple weeks ago, been in my fridge since.
Pours a very very clear light golden/orange, very thin white head fizzes away wicked fast, no lacing on my chalice.
Smell starts out with a grainy sweet malt front, strong presence of banana.
Taste is definitely a mix of sweet malt and banana, touch of lemony zest, slight astringent aftertaste though but that quickly passes before it becomes a nuisance, carbonation is slightly high but doesn't explode too much in the mouth, finishes clean and dry.

In a tulip glass this beer was a hazy orange color. There was a medium-sized white head with a bit of lace.
Aroma of sweet fruit and faint spice. Earthy.
Nice taste.Pineapple. Orange and tangerine. Earthy hops.
A bit on the tart side. Very refreshing.
I'm on a saison kick right now. Wonderful style of beer.
