Sampled today on 4/28/15. Comes in a 12 ounce can. Can chilled down to 36 degrees F in my beer cooler and poured in to a flute glass.
Brew pours a golden-honey in color with a very thin white head. Lots of lacing is seen when sipped that stuck to the edges of the glass when sipped. Much more than the small head would indicate. The aroma is of wheat, pepper, spice, orange and coriander. Pretty much the same is said of the taste. Lots going on and pleasantly surprised. Finishes nicely with the orange peel, clove and coriander at the end, but not over powering. Nice balance. Slightly dry finish but works for this tasty brew. Close to medium-bodied and good carbonation. Crisp and refreshing. Liked this brew!

Summer Wit pours cloudy with a light golden straw color true to style. A thick white head quickly forms and recedes slowly. The nose receives a wide array of aromas including white peppercorn, clove, lemon zest, coriander, orange peel, bubblegum, lemongrass, and a faint citrus hop presence. Bitter zest dominates on the palate from beginning to finish. Mid-palate is greeted with sweet malt and citrus juice notes, which are kept in check by the zesty notes. The wheat sweetness fades in the finish with the entrance of clove and coriander spices and a delicate floral note. The pleasant finish is dry and quite long.
