I drank this from a 11.2 oz bottle...The beer is a dark honey gold with about three fingers of white head but is gone right away...The aroma is strong and super sweet honey, apple, coriander some banana and yeast...The taste is also very sweet, almost like drinking honey to me. Its good, but something you can't just crush nor is a tripel. No floral hops at all...The feel is ok, easy to take few drinks, then its just to much.

Top to bottom, like the 2003 Tigers, this one is awful. Looks ok, but as old people like to remind you, you can’t put lipstick on a pig! It smells like cooked bad meat. Seriously. I just don’t want to go on.

Good tripel with a great hoppiness. Crisp and well balanced notes of citrus, vanilla and pepper. Smooth and complex. Bitterness in the aftertaste ruins the smoothness.

Pours s slightly clouded golden color with a huge, white, pillowy head atop.

Smells of peppery spices, lemon zest and dried oranges, together with additional blood oranges.

Has a light, well carbonated mouthfeel, making this refreshing throughout.

Smells of kardamom coated lime peel and lighter, sweeter oranges. Turns quite peppery then with a soothing, calming and furtermore refreshing yeast pillow, slowly unfolding onto the palate. Finishes with bread dough, peppery and a note of juicier turning lime and dried elderflowers.

Quite nice, with a convincing balance and depth to it. Its mouthfeel is surprisingly light, while the beer manages to produce a convincing complexity.

Pours a hazy golden color with a huge white top of head that dissolves in a medium pace and leaves some thick lacings. Aroma is strong with notes of citrus, red apples, honey, sweet cereals, floral hops . The taste start of with fruity sweetness, and some spicy dryness. The finish has a decent amount of bitterness as well as floral notes in the taste. The flavour is like a classic triple, but it lacks something to make it stand out. Smooth and oily mouthfeel, but maybe a little flat. Medium carbonation with light body.
A good and enjoyable triple, but far from the best example of the style.

Very dry, phenolic, citrusy, and vinous grapey. Some cloves and coriander. Getting Pilsner malt too. Not bad.

Poured from the 75 cl. bottle into a tulip glass. Best before end of year 2016.

A pretty solid perfect looking brew. Glowing lemon gold, with excellent clarity but a touch of cloudy body color. Excellent rising fast volcano of carbonation in the middle of the glass. Head is frothy and rocky, bleach white, with an excellent eggshell and creamy top. Easily makes two fingers or more off the pour with more aggression and leaves a great bowled puck while it slowly settles. An absolute great looker of a brew, practically perfect.

Fantastic aroma coming off this. Candy and slight sweet qualities but far more perfume smelling of these nice garden like floral notes. Has a sensing hop angle that gets a bit soapy though in it's bitterness and is quite less on estery sensing flavors. Still pretty neat though on the nose.

Palate gets a bit unexpected and jaring slightly. Very light bodied brew and mixing senses of wet flat carbonation. A very odd mid palate that is really getting into a soapy character in flavor, with hints of lemon tangy soda quality. Finally some of the Belgian yeast like flavors make an appearance, with some slight malt sweetness but there's a very odd aftertaste that comes out almost menthol and citrus flavored.

Interesting tripel but stands out quite odd from the classics, and really stands out particularly weird amongst the other produced better Belgian classics.
