Burgundy with brown tints and a creamy, slightly off-white head. Looks nice in a chalice. Soft yeast note in the aroma.

Sweet and spicy, this is quite good, especially given it is, in part, a marketing ploy. And I, of course, consider myself a willing victim in said ploy. Alas this is a solid ale. Nice spice in the finish that works well with the richness of the malts. There is a quick flash of candy-like cherry juice in the middle. It quickly turns to something a bit more rustic and spicy. Mouthfeel is creamy and slightly thick given the ABV. Well-balanced and very smooth.

Fantastic with BBQ pork loin, braised mixed greens, and gouda smashed potatoes.

Game Of Thrones Fire And Blood brewed by Cooperstown Brewing Company. This brew has an ABV of 6.5 and it pours out a dark brown amber color. There is also some cloudiness to this beer, you can not see thought this brew. I'm going to say it non filtered brew. Not saying that's a bad thing. To me this brew looks like root beer. This brew has a thick white, head with a lot of bubbles. The look is so different from other brews on the market. That's why I like it ,it is not your typical brew. Game Of Thrones Fire And Blood also has some lacing on the glass. The smell is rich with flavor. You pick up grains and hops in the smell. The smell is really nice. The taste is rich with flavor and smoothness. I'm picking up on some caramel and grins. This brew has a nice balance it. There is nothing overpowering to Game Of Thrones Fire And Blood. The aftertaste has a bite to it not bad but it is there. Mouth feel of Game Of Thrones Fire And Blood is nice and present. Overall I'm giving Game Of Thrones Fire And Blood a 4 out of 5. This was better than what I was expecting. I'm glad I got this brew!! I would get this brew again.

Game Of Thrones Fire And Blood from Cooperstown Brewing Company, a limited edition brew that I feel kinda guilty breaking the seal hahaha. Poured from the art-laden bottle, this brew has quite a head! Three, nearly four fingers tall directly after pouring with an off-white head. Excellent lacing here! Body is murky brown with basically no transparency.

I smell slightly vinegarish malt, quite inviting. And the obligatory red ale metallic-ness, but not too much. Great job here!

Tastes like the malt I mentioned, caramel, and a dash of copper. This is pretty enjoyable, as I did not much care for Nosferatu. Might go good with some ginger&pepper rubbed chicken.

Mouthfeel is nice considering the dark hue, surprisingly clean finish

A well-achieved 4.25 for this limited brew. It exceeded my expectations, as this is a licensed memorabilia product. I would buy this brew again if it was a year-round product. P.s. THE HEAD IS STILL RETAINING!!!!
