Brew pours to a cloudy yellow color with a huge rocky off white head that has great retention and leaves a ton of chunky lace down the side of the glass. Strong aroma of citrus coming from the hops mixed with a malt scent that is not as clearly defined. Starts off with malt like flavors that break quickly to the more dominant hop taste. The hops have more of a floral taste to them than the citrus I noticed in the nose. Very dry and crisp tasting. Over all it is a good brew, not in the class of best IPAs I have had but one I would get again.

Hazy, amber/gold appearance with a large, cream colored, fine bubbled head and good lacing. Subdued flowery aroma, some mild fruitiness and faint spice. Hops were more citrusy in the taste, with a modest malt profile providing a hint of sweetness. Medium bodied, moderately carbonated mouthfeel with a smooth, short lived finish.

No bottling date, just purchased at the brewery though so I assume fresh.
A: Pours a clear reddish-orange. Tall, frothy tan head. Decent head retention and little bits of fluffy lacing.
S: Smells catches me off guard a little. Smells like caramel and...I don't know. Kinda like overripe corn and butter? Is that it?
T: Taste is better than the aroma at least. Nice piney hops up front with a little bit of grass. Still get some of that...butter flavor? Caramel sweetness. Decent wave of bitterness in the finish with more pine and grass.
M: Medium bodied, drying and bitter.
O: Pretty odd IPA. Decent traditional hop flavors but some off flavors too. Not sure if they're intentional or not. Nothing special otherwise but not too offensive at least.
