Super great location in Windsor, VT. Large indoor and outdoor spaces located in a quaint riverside area. Worth checking out and having a beer (or two). Large selection of Harpoon offerings; expansive food menu too - which is somewhat a negative in my opinion... prefer to see conscious beer / food pairings instead of a cornucopia of food offerings (realize I'm in the minority on this opinion). Nevertheless, definitely worth seeking out.

Located in a beautiful section of VT. Large space, plenty of varioys seating options, gift shop, large bar and outdoir seating options. Go!

Harpoon Brewery in Windsor, Vermont has a lot of great events through-out the year; mostly bike and running events. But the annual Harpoon BBQ Fest is the best. Usually in late July. It features several of Harpoon's beers on tap at $5 bucks a pop. Entry fee is only $15; $10 if you a Friend of Harpoon Member. Plus there are dozens of BBQ competitors offering all kinds of different BBQ foods. The music is always top notch; especially FryDaddy Band and the Chris Kleeman Band. Large crowds, plenty of parking, free shuttles. Vermont ice cream and Vermont cheese companies share the site in Windsor, VT.
The restaurant is open for great lunches most of the week. Regular Thursday night music offering. Very friendly staff.

Nice and spacious with outdoor seating with its own beer "kiosk" to use. Gets busy quick but has a retail side for bottles and cases as well as brewery gear. Store looks into the brewery itself which is fun to see. Kind of in the middle of nowhere but a welcome stop for me on my travels.

Vibe - very family oriented, which isn't a bad thing, but there will probably be some kids yelling around.
Quality - great, nice gift shop for clothing, glasses, extras
Service - they approach with smiles and treat you nicely
Selection - not bad at all. They have a handwritten board with their selected styles and always have a lot to choose from
Food - they have a decent menu, but every burger I've ever got was not how I wanted it. I guess better overcooked than under

The beer while not top of the heap, is still solid and the place is so enjoyable. I usually visit twice a year or so, and enjoy it every time. The other businesses in the Artisans Park are great also, lots to do and easy to kill a few hours before you know it.

This is a very nice facility. You can sit at the large bar, tables inside, tables outside, picnic tables in the "yard", Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, etc.
The food is good enough, suggest the Poutine when available.
Lots of space for kids to run around and play, volleyball net.
Offer some Harpoon beer/cider options that are not usually available at other places, and tours with tasting are available. Big gift shop with lots of swag.

On the way in we walked past a roaring fire in a nice little outdoor fire pit set up with bunch of folks enjoying a beer around the fire. There was some sledding action off to the right. Looked like a few families enjoying the beautiful day in a beautiful setting. Into the building, there is a wall dedicated to new and old empties. Some whalez bro, some classics and some I'd never even heard of! Next you come upon the fully stocked retail section. You can buy what looks like the full line of harpoon hard goods, from glassware to shirts, hats, umbrellas etc. You can also buy singles, bombers, 4 packs, 6 packs, 12 packs and 24 packs of fresh, tasty Harpoon beers! You can also get growlers filled with whatever is on tap. The brewery is off to the right and some of it can be seen through retail shop. The brewery tour is pretty extensive with a history of harpoon, standard passing around of beer ingredients and then a tour of the inner workings. It's a good sized operation but they still leave room for smaller, experimental batches some of which get put on tap at the restaurant. Tour is done and we go eat. We got a great seat by the fireplace, had some awesome wings for an app and all of our meals were great. Not a huge menu but there is something for everyone and everything we got was delicious. There is a relaxed vibe in the restaurant, everything is clean, bright and in excellent condition qnd every member of the seemingly endless staff was very nice. Even my two 8 year old boys enjoyed our time there. There's so much more than the brewery tour here. It truly is a family destination and we'll definitely go back in the summer as it seemed like there was a bunch of stuff to do outside and in the area. An overall awesome experience for the entire family!
