Poured a hazy gold color with no head. Minimal lacing. Aroma is almost non-existent with a wisp of hops. Slight malt flavor with a hint of hop bitterness on the end. Not much alcohol feel. Medium body. Light carbonation. A very lackluster Pilsener.

On tap at the brewery
Aroma – none
Head – none. Bartender apparently chopped off what little there was. No ring, no layer.
Lacing – none
Body – light yellow, clear
Flavor – starts slightly bitter and slightly citrusy, faint taste of malt. No alcohol, no diacetyl.
Palate light, watery, lively carbonation
Example of a beer trying to phone it in. Or did she pull the wrong beer for someone earlier and just put it aside until someone else actually ordered it?
Appearance 2.75, Aroma 1, Flavor 3, Palate 3, Overall 2.5

Poured into a pilsner glass.
3.5 A: Clear straw color. Three fingers of pillowy white head. Retention is very good and scattered wisps of lacing are left.
3.5 S: A potent blend of grassy hops and grainy malts. It could be a bit cleaner, but it's good enough overall. Hops are secondarily floral. A touch of bready yeastiness to round it out.
3.5 T: Again lots of grassiness. Very mild, appropriate bitterness. Malts are grainy and bready with a mild caramel note. Cleaner than the nose. A hint of earthiness on finish.
4.0 M: Lighter medium body. Good moderate carbonation. Pleasantly creamy and super smooth. Very nice here.
3.75 D: Tasty and well made without any real problems. The mouthfeel makes this one an easy one to session.
