On-tap at Church Brew Works
Appearance: Golden, medium lacing
Smell: Quite a noticeable hop presence, clean, with a husky kick
Taste: Very good, wow. A sharp hop bite, but just above, (or below par for golf players) in terms of hop tastes. Quite dry, but this lets the hop flavors really hold the realm of this beer. This beer has a light malty body, which really lends to the dryness and also lets the hops flex their muscle.
Overall: Quite an impressive German Pilsener. Easy drinking and flavorful. What more could you want?
Serving type: on-tap

A - Fairly decent carbonation just a 1/4 inch of head that settles rather quickly. Bright clear yellow with mild bubbles.
S - A bit of pilsner malts, soft hop notes, swear I smell corn. Little to no skunk which is nice.
T - Very dry, slightly sour like a green apple flavor with notes and a minty sort of hop tone. Its actually quite good.
M - Light and fizzy easy to quaff back.
Overall quite a tasty brew worth picking up!
