Thanks to skinnyelvis for supplying me with this offering as part of my ba anniv. package.
A: Pours a dark auburn almost reddish rusty color with a thin one finger white head. Slight retention towards the edge of the glass.
S: Toasted grain notes. Clovey wheat like notes. Grassy hops rounding out the malt.
T/M: Toasted grain notes with an undercurrent of sweet caramel malt. Wheaty on the palate with a fruitiness that comes through--bananas and slight melons. Grassy hop presence takes over in the dryer aftertaste. Light to medium body. A tad buttery.
D: Nice session quality dunkel lager for that hot summers day. I enjoyed this--thanks for the opportunity. Very easy drinking and smooth.
