A - Pours a cloudy brown color, much darker than most IPAs, with 1-2 finger off white head. Moderate retention, thin sheets of lacing.
S - A fairly subdued aroma, grassiness and a hint of citrus from the hops, and a hit of caramel malts hiding underneath.
T - Taste follows the nose, with a grassy hoppy start which follows into the malty backbone behind it, and the hops come back for a light bitter finish. The hops aren't as prominent as you usually find in the style, but the balance is good.
M - Medium bodied, not a lot of carbonation. Fairly smooth, with just a little bit of lingering hop bitterness in the finish.
D - A good IPA that most should enjoy, but its not recommended for the hopheads.
