The beer arrived in a hazy glass so it could have been a clear beer. The head was white and low, yet persistent to lace the glass.
The aroma was lighty filled with caramel and contained an earthy presence. Also, the aroma was fruity and estery, but caramel was the most notable due to the beer being served very, very cold.
The flavor was lightly sweet with honey and a earthy hop presence with a light Belgian yeast spice character. The flavor was not offending and would be very much a crowd pleaser.
The finish was dry and earthy but without much character into the aftertaste. The body was just below medium and with a moderate carbonation had a creamy mouthfeel. Overall a kinda boring beer.
25 cl bottle served in proper glass at t' Brugs Beertje in Brugge on 9/13/06.

On draft at Café Hollander in Tosa, WI.
The beer is hazy and yellow with a half inch of pure white head. The aroma brings fruity esters, yeast, booze, grain. Notes of pineapple and grass with a mild but present alcohol. A tad sweet with a mild warmth in the finish. Light bitterness in the finish with lingering tropical fruits. This was pretty good.

Hazy yellow golden color with a thin aired head with short retention, but leaving some laces.
Initially malty aroma followed by notes of oranges, booze, pineapple and honey.
Flavor of booze, spicy yeast at the beginning of tasting, Cointreau liquor, hard center of a pineapple, yeast, some hay, pear, banana and a mild sourness. And some faint herbal hop around.
Light body with appropriate carbonation, alcohol is apparent but does not bother.
A decent ok beer, tasty and assertively light with a booze kick. Not bad, not extraordinary.
