750ml bottle served in a Prairie Teku glass
Thanks to Yoshi Optimator for this one.

A - Pours a hazy apricot with 3 fingers of bone white foam with lots of floaties hanging around.

S - Straw, yeast, pears, apples, banana taffy, stone fruit puree,

T - Fruity yeast, pears, golden delicious apple, apricots, candi sugars, grainy malt, grassy hops, fruity alcohol. Lots of malt backing but isn't overly sweet. Has a nice dry finish with some herbal notes.

M - Moderate carbonation foams up in the mouth, warming, creamy feel. the carb dies down a bit as it sets.

A solid Tripel that doesn't wow you but has the basic components nailed down.

A: The beer is hazy golden yellow in color and has some visible yeast particles floating in suspension. It poured with a two finger high bright white head. The head has good retention properties and consistently left a thin head covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of fruit, yeast and candi sugar are present in the nose.
T: Much like the smell, the overall taste is quite fruity and has notes of Belgian yeast and candi sugar along with some hints of alcohol towards the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is quite fruity and seems a little lighter in body compared to other tripels.

A-light golden colour. OOOOdles of carbonation. Pours very hard

S- Light without hint of alcohol. Be careful!!!

M- Creamy good. Yeasty and malt. Will do with a year in the cellar

O- Needs a year in the cellar

Have 4 more to try for the next few years...Looking forward

Food Pairing

This big bold trip goes to a delicious... Roast Turkey

For some reason this beer matched very very very well with a roasted turkey. I was so impressed how good it was. 20min per pound and POW

Enjoy

A - fully hazy golden orange, some suspended sediment, tall white head retained as expected
S - musty funky yeast, sour citrus and grainy with some definite booziness
T - big on phenols, somewhat musty and minerally, sour citrus and a healthy booziness round it out
M - big creamy carbonation, relatively light feel, the heat of the booze warms the innards and drys it out on the finish
O - a tasty big treat, the booze is prevalent and not for the faint of heart, but it doesn't detract from the flavours of this triple

Pours a cloudy deep gold with lots of sediment in suspension. The gigantic, puffy head lasts the entire glass, amazing retention. Ridges and chunks of foam coat the glass on the way down. Sweet fruit and bready malts in the nose. The taste is malty with toasted marshmallow sweetness mixed with cookie dough and some very restrained herbal hop aromas. The mouthfeel is quite full bodied with a prickly high level of carbonation. Booze is pretty noticeable throughout but never overpowering. The finish is malty with melon fruitiness and cane sugar sweetness.

A nice Tripel. Complex and malty. Sweet but not overly so. I'd try it again. Glad I dug this out of my cellar (read: beer cabinet:) ).
