Bottle from Belgian Beer Shop.com. The beer is clear golden blond with a nice white head. The aroma is typical for a Belgian blond: grain and yeasty with touches of fruitiness and spices. The taste is well balanced, yeasty, fruity with some hops in the background. Sweet and the alcohol is very present. Overall a fine beer that has to be drunk with moderation.

Poured from a 33 cl bottle into a goblet.
A - Light golden color, very clear. Tiny bubbles constantly rising. White head is thick initially and then fades to thin white layer with lots of lacing.
S - Aroma is equal parts Pilsner grain and bubblegum sweetness. Earthy, grassy noble hops in the background. Inviting alcohol notes.
T - Clean flavors of smooth grain and noble hops. Finishes with a slightly skunky Pilsner-like hop taste. Not very complex or layered.
M - Medium body with some residual sweetness. Hops bitterness is in the background.
O - A well-crafted, enjoyable beer, but not top-of-class.

S: clean crisp, very little alcohol noticeable
T: malty, creamy, sweeter, but very, very drinkable
M: creamy and smooth, 10.5% ABV is not noticeable, incredibly smooth
