Hazy golden color with a white patchy topping of lace. Decent retentional and overall attractive looking brew.
The smell is lemony lactic with indications of yogurt and a bit of coriander spice. Some tartness is evident before even taking the first sip. As it warms up, a touch plastic and phenolics emerge.
The taste is tart with a plastic-like phenolic aspect that im not crazy about. Some lemony flavor like coriander before getting earthen with some bitter herbal hops. Not bad, not great either.
This is a medium to lighter bodied brew with a modest level of carbonation. Initially interesting but as it breathed and the plastic character emerged, I was not a big fan.
