I will try to recall as I had this last night. Poured a very nice opaque light orange-brown hue much like any Belgian. About 1/2 inch head that hung around for quite a while. Smelled delightful, some light fruits like pear present. One of the better beers I have ever tasted. Like a typical Witbier with a peppery flavor and some grasses in the mix as well. Would be near perfect score but I am not the most fond of the bubblegum flavor that arises near the bottom of the glass in a Saison. Really phenomenal taste.

On tap at the Lancaster location, served in a goblet. The brew appears a clouded yellow color. A finger of white bubbly cap sits atop and quickly fades to a thin film. Spotty lace sticks to the glassware.
The aroma is quite pleasant with a fruit and mild funk character. It is a bit cheesy with some pear and apple character. A hint of sulfur initially that grows a bit in intensity as the experience continues. There is a grassy to straw grain inclusion mixed with a hint of citrus towards the back.
The taste is spicy with yeasty phenols. Cloves upfront give way to mild fruit like apple and pears. There is a wheat grain inclusion that blends into something more in line with straw or grass. Some bubblegum notes evolve as the brew warms up and the sulfuric notes become more noticeable just like the aroma.
This is a crisp brew. It is medium bodied with a modest level of carbonation. It has an increased warmth about it moreso than you would expect for the listed 7% abv. Overall this is a solid saison, the sulfur could be cleaned up a bit to make it overall more enjoyable but as-is I would drink this again.
