A medium-bodied, copper colored Belgian session ale, brewed with a large dose of English Stryian Golding hops for flavor and aroma.

Tap at the Lancaster Brew pub.
Lighter fizzy head, faint touch of lacing, dark copper brown color.
Nose copper malts, toasty grainy, light Belgian yeast esters, sweet light candy syrup.
Taste some light grassy hops, Belgian yeast light spices and esters, little pale blond malt, little grainy and yeasty.
Mouth is med bod, decent carb.

Copper color, smallish head, so-so retention and lacing. Mostly sweet aroma, brown sugar and fruitcake spices, lightly toasted malt, subtle floral aspect. Flavor mostly follows the nose, on the sweet side; malty, again with noticeable spices, clove in particular, and a Belgian candi sugar note. Medium light body, moderate carbonation, lingering sweet aftertaste. Not much in the way of a hop presence, save the very faint floral note experienced in the aroma. Decent enough but lacking in overall depth and interest for me.
