On tap at the Newark DE location, taken in a growler and enjoyed within 24 hours.
Hazy off gold color, really no lacing present but moderate head with a little retention. Smells of malt and sweet grain with a bit of honey in the nose. Taste follows with a pronounced honey flavor that isn't overly sweet and a mild bitterness on the end of each sip. Feel is very crisp and light to medium bodied. Alcohol well hidden.
Personally this is a solid brew but for me it's not what I was expecting from a Saison as no barn funk, spiciness, acidity or tartness is present. Very crushable for the ABV and enjoyable to drink, solid for an Americanized Saison as well but not what I was expecting.

Good brew although listed at the brew pub as 9.0%. Pours a nice golden color with ample head and nice retention throughout the glass. Definite sweet smell is present - hard to detect honey on the nose. Flavor is great - nice spicing but also interestingly counteracted by the honey which is definitely present on the taste. Sweet to the finish.

Appears a hazy gold with a small white head that slowly fades out. Scattered bit of lacing are left around the glass.
Smell is pils malt with notes of wheat, dried grain, honey, bubblegum, and ripe fruit.
Taste is of the aromas with a standout fresh yeast zing and a touch of gin like flavor with juniper berries.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, sweet, and chewy.
