A: Crystal clarity with a light oxidized orange coloring. Standard iron hill head, slim frothy, ½ finger high, oatmeal color with a modest stay of retention. Carbonation from tap was very light, to the point you could count all the visual bubbles on two hands at any given moment with some fingers left over to spare. Lacing was thin lined, with large vacant open windows on the vessel.
S: The nose was sweet and fruity, with some tropical fruit notes. Strength was very calm in demeanor, expected more aromatic appeal but the sweet and fruity tones made some amends.
T: Grassy tropical fruit. Good sense of hop usage. Finally some one threw in some extra hops for good measure. Very smooth hopping, dry toasty caramel nature. A bit of grassiness with a spicy-herbal appeal.
M: Medium bodied, toasted malts leaves a good dry hopping behind on the tongue. Carbonation was light.
O: Overall growler worthy, nicely hopped ipa and definitely worth a drink and repeat. Keep this coming on heavy rotation.
