Our tribute to our friends at Russian River Brewing, Exaltation is a Tripel with a pepper and spice character in the aroma and flavor with a complex, yet balanced finish.

a: Clear, very pale gold color; poured with a small, fizzy head.

s: Sweet, sugary tropical fruity esters, a trace if pepper, and a hint of perfumed heat.

t: Very balanced; lightly sweet fruity esters and straight sugar with a finish of peppery spice and faint warmth.

: Medium body and gentle carbonation.

o: Very nice beer, I wish there were more "smaller" tripels like this one. (566 characters)
