Amber brown color. Small head. Aroma is slightly malty and a touch sweet, some cinnamon? A medium bodied "Red Ale". Malts are mild and slightly nutty. Hops are mild and a touch floral. Kind of a typical red ale. Better than Bud and definitely drinkable. But, not sure there is much else here. Mouthfeel is light. Finish is crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

picked a 22oz. of this up without knowing anything about at Liquor Warehouse in Huntington Beach

At around $1.50 a bomber, how could I pass up trying a new local brew? I poured into my pint glass. The reddish amber color had very little head and almost no retention. The aroma was off - it had the malty flavor but was hindered with way to much grain and wheat. The taste was far too loaded with tannins, it was very unpleasant.

It had a taste that reminded me of drinking bread. Looking at Beerfly to find a bit more about Brewbakers - I wasn't not surprised to see that it is a BOP that also specializes in breadmaking. My best guess is - Liquor Warehouse got the extras from Brewbakers when they had their customers make their own beer. In other words - this was not made by a professional. And it tasted that way.
