Pours a cloudy amber color. White rocky head that holds together very nicely. Lots of lace left clinging to the glass.

Soft floral and citrusy hop aroma, a bit of caramel and fruit, and just a bit of pine resin. Despite the ingredients, the aroma is somewhat restrained.

Caramel malt backbone with a little bit of fruit. Soft floral hop bitterness. Long lingering finish, without being overly bitter.

Medium body with a fair amount of carbonation. This seems to be a nice session beer. Enjoyable.

Served from a one-time keg at South Park tavern in Dayton OH.

Pours an amber-copper color with nice head; leaves a coated lacing the the side of the glass.
Smells sweet with malts and a hop overtone. Very inviting.
Maltiness comes through on the first sip, with a light hop presence. Hops subtly become more bitter in the mouth as it goes down, leaving an extremely well-balanced flavor to the brew. A note of cherries & other fruit lingers on the palate.
Remains well-carbonated, hops linger without overwhelming the mouth with bitterness.
Overall, a highly drinkable spring beer which isn't too sweet despite the malt character and enough hop kick to keep it interesting. Light & smooth enough to drink regularly, if given the opportunity.
