Sampled on draft at the brewpub in Healdsburg.
Pours a slightly cloudy golden apricot/orange with a one finger off white head that slowly fades into a lasting ring. Minimal spots of lacing left behind.
Estery light fruit aroma with lots of crisp light fruit notes, especially apple and pear. Lots of bready yeast and zesty peppery spice. Subtle malt.
Medium bodied and a little fuller bodied than I expected with lots of bready yeast and subtle peppery spice. There are some estery fruit notes, mostly apple and pear, but they aren't as prominent than the aroma lead me to believe. Subtle malt backbone provides nice balance. Quaffable with well masked ABV.
Serving type: on-tap
