A: Hammered copper color with some chill haze. A few meandering streams of bubbles reach the surface where light tan foam with a greenish tint meets them.
S: Faint tangerine, grapefruit rind and distant pine needles. Fairly straight forward.
T: Beings piney and very much malty. Surprising since the aroma had a lot of citrus in it. Whole lotta forest floor and rambunctious dirty bittering hops. Really basic caramel lays the foundation of the backbone of the brew. Lots of resin flavors with alcoholic tastes which dont bother trying to hide itself. Finishes with more dirty bitterings.
M: Medium body with a bit of carbo sting.
D: Good beer and quite tasty. But lacks a lot of complexity that I like in my DIPAs.
Serving type: on-tap
