Had it on tap. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is mostly yeasty with some cloves. Taste goes into banana and is slightly bitter on the finish. Body is medium and effervescent. Decent but not the best example of a weissbier.

A nice sweet weizen from Bavaria. Poured into a weizen glass from a .5l bottle purchased in Nuremburg area. Cloudt golden color, minimal head, almost no lacing on glass. Very fruity aroma, and a crisp, clean bread-y taste. Feels very heavy in the mouth, but no bitterness or bite. This was a very nice weizen forma brewery I'd never ehard of. This is still available, despite "retired" status.

This brewery is located in the south west of Bayern, close to the Austrian boarder. And like almost all breweries in Bayern it has a weissbier. It pours a cloudy golden colour into the weissbier glass. The head is big thick and white. The smell is fruity with alot of wheat and a nice smell of citrus. It has a crisp taste of wheat and citrus but not so much of the yeast.
It is a surprisingly good beer from a small brewery. I'm looking forward to taste more brews from this brewery.
