Brewed with a unique malt bill, the balanced flavor of caramel prevails with a heavy hop aroma. Fermented with American Ale yeast.

16oz draft pour shows a cloudy, ruddy body with lasting off-white foam that coats the glass with stepped lacing.
Earthy aroma dominates, yet piney aroma is complimentary.
Taste matches with the malt leading a hoppy, sticky finish.
Overall a solid red any restaurant would be happy to serve.

16oz can, no apparent freshness date. Red-brown colored ale with a foamy tan head. Aroma is both malty and hoppy hinting at citrus, pine, caramel, and bready grain. Bold flavors with nice complexity: sweet caramel, bread crust, brown sugar, burnt caramel, pine, grapefruit, and quite possibly spicy rye malt. Medium body, ample carbonation, bitter yet still sweet and malty finish - great balance. I like this one - hoppy red ales have always been a favorite 'style' of mine.

Aroma is earthy malts, citrus and fruit. The flavor is citrus, light grapefruit/tropical fruit, malts, caramel, fruit and a long and bitter/mildly dry finish.
