On-tap for the pre-DLD Flossmoor Event.

A - Pours a golden yellow color with an orange huge, white frothy head, spotty lace, thin collar, nice cap.

S - Big fruity brett notes, citrus, pears, light malty backbone.

T - Simliar to the nose but more brett and less fruits. Very clean mix if brett with the Pils base and it drinks like a straight-forward brett beer. Finish is oak and grapes mixed with funk.

M - Light body, good carbonation, clean finish.

O - A nice brett beer with the pils base and I think it works well. I'd have again, if offered up, and look forward to more of this at future Flossmoor events.

On tap at the brewpub.

Golden, sloghtly reddish pour with nice head and average retention. Mild beady lace.

Strong funky aroma lets you know brother Brett is watching over this brew. Mildly tart but excitingly funky. Love this aroma.

Is this really a pilsner? Seems like more of a Belgian base than pilsner. Fruity, yeasty, super funky, spicy, boozy. Reminds me of a stronger, funkier version of Matilda. And much better.

Of all the Flossmore brews we had tonight, this was clearly the best. Really wish they bottled this one.
