Served in a tumbler at the brewpub.

Korina seemed pretty excited about this one, so expectations were officially piqued early on. It pours a clear brass topped by a finger of off-white foam. The nose comprises light toffee, very light biscuit, light banana, flowers, and light grapefruit rind. The taste brings in more of the same, along with some clove, banana peel, light grass, and light pine sap. The body is a a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a sorta/kinda dry finish. Overall, I would say that the balance this beer tried to create worked against it (a true rarity), as the two supposedly balancing sides clash more than they cooperate. As such, I've gotta agree to disagree with the lovely Korina... (730 characters)
